410 And 358 Sprints At Williams Grove June 20, 358s going for more money & laps

Mechanicsburg –
Williams Grove Speedway will present a 25-lap championship
race for the Tool Shed of America 358 sprint cars this Friday night, June 20 at
7:30 pm.
The Lawrence Chevrolet 410 sprints are
also on the program with full sets of qualifying heat races slated for both
sprint divisions.
There will be no time trials.
The 358 sprint special portion of the Friday program will pay
$1,200 to win.
The regular 410 sprint cars will race for
the regular bonus money and lap money that is always posted for regular
handicapped events.
The extra distance, high-dollar 358 sprint feature will be the
fifth race of the season for the division at the track.
Winners this season to date have been Kevin Nouse,
2; and Adrian Shaffer and Brock Zearfoss.
Knouse leads the 358 point standings in a quest for
his second consecutive track title.
Williams Grove Speedway will launch into PA Speedweek mode on
June 27 when it presents the first of two shows during the annual 410 sprint
series that will also be part of the Hoosier Diamond Series at the oval.
The final Williams Grove speedweek date
will be Friday, July 4 when the oval hosts the biggest event of speedweek, the
$10,000 to win, 30-lap Mitch Smith Memorial.
Aside from Friday programs
at the oval, the Williams Grove Speedway Saturday Series, offering racing action
with the Super Sportsman, 358 late models and street stocks at 6:30 pm is
currently in full swing.
Saturday Series adult admission is JUST $5.
