URC Returns To Williams
Grove Speedway Friday With 358/360 Sprint Challenge,
25 Lap Mains Slated For Both
410 and URC Sprints

Mechanicsburg
– Williams
Grove Speedway will host a 358/360 sprint challenge sanctioned by the URC
Sprints this Friday night, June 5 at 7:30 pm, along with a full program of
Lawrence Chevrolet 410 sprints.
Adult general admission for the show is $15 with youth ages
13 – 20 admitted for $10.
Kids ages 12 and under are
always admitted free at Williams Grove Speedway!
The Williams Grove portion
of the 50/50 on the night will be donated to Talbot Humane, an animal rescue
group.
The URC 358/360 sprint
challenge this week will go 25 laps in distance, paying $2,000 to win.
This week’s program for the
410 sprints will offer the chance for both lap and bonus money to any potential
winner to go along with the posted $3,600 to win.
Only one URC program was held
at Williams Grove in 2014 with Aaron Ott scoring the victory.
Prior to that, Mark Smith
swept a pair of events in 2013.
June 12 will find the
final appearance of the season by the revived All Star Circuit of Champions
Sprints on the agenda.
A strong contingent of
invaders is expected including Dale Blaney, Tim Shaffer, Parker Price-Miller,
Cody Darrah, Danny Holtgraver and more.
The All Stars show will be
another in the 2015 Hoosier Diamond Series at the track and the PASS 305 sprints
will also be on the card.
Of course, the Williams Grove
Saturday Series featuring the super sportsman continues on Saturdays during the
summer months with race time at 7 pm each week.
