Speedway Saturday Night Series In Action This Weekend
Mechanicsburg, PA. July 7, 2015
This Saturday Williams Grove Speedway’s Saturday Night
Series returns to action. After
suffering three consecutive races lost to rain, the race teams will be
anticipating competing on the famed clay half-mile oval.
Racing action will feature the Blazer’s Body Shop Super
Sportsman, Credit Connection Auto Sales 358 Late Models and Aquafun Pools Street
Stocks. Practice session commences
at 6:30 PM with qualifying action beginning at 7 PM. Adult admission is $6 with
children 12 and under free.
The Aquafun Pools Street Stocks were in action last week,
competing Friday night at Williams Grove Speedway.
Craig Morgan and Jasen Geesaman had an exciting side-by-side duel for the
lead. Geesaman prevailed, winning
his first of the 2015 campaign. Jasen Geesaman’s victory moved him into second
place in the point standings.
Williams Grove Speedway management will donate their
Saturday 50/50 money to the Bethesda Mission of Harrisburg.
The outstanding organization provide shelter, clothing and food to those
in need through local churches.
Next week will be Kids Night at Williams Grove Speedway.
This popular event is the highlight of the 2015 Saturday Night Series.
Kids Night will feature numerous events for children.
Prior to the races the SNS teams will bring their cars to the infield
allowing children and their parents to meet the drivers.
