Alcohol – Fans 21 and older may possess and consume alcohol inside speedway gates. No glass is permitted. All coolers and bags will be inspected upon entrance. Coolers may not be larger than 18 inches. Alcohol is not sold at the speedway.
Animals – No pets are allowed inside facility.
ATMs - ATMs are not available at the speedway.
Camera & Video Equipment – Cameras and personal recording devices are welcome at the speedway. Tripods and other support equipment are not permitted.
Camping – Fans wishing to camp for a non-World of Outlaws race may do so free of charge, beginning at Noon on race day along Speedway Drive (front stretch parking lot) and along the tree line in the Beer Hill (Turn 3) parking lot. Reserved and Unreserved camping is available for World of Outlaw weekends ($$). The campground for those events open two days prior to the first race of the weekend.

Concessions - There are three permanent concession stands inside the speedway, located behind the front stretch grandstand, the infield and on Beer Hill (Turn 3). Our concession stands offer foods such as hot dogs, burgers, pizza, and chicken. Specialty concession trailers are located on the grounds during larger events. We offer Coke products.

Coolers – Fans are permitted to bring coolers, bags, purses and backpacks inside the speedway. Coolers cannot be larger than 18 inches. Glass is not permitted. Bags and coolers may be subject to inspection.
Credit Cards – Credit Cards may be used inside the speedway office located outside Turn 1 to purchase tickets and passes. Visa, MasterCard and Discover are accepted.
Firearms – The possession of firearms, explosives or weapons is prohibited on speedway grounds, regardless of whether a federal or state license to possess the same has been issued to the processor.
Fireworks – Fireworks are prohibited on speedway grounds other than those we provide for entertainment.
First Aid – First aid is provided by local EMS, located at the infield ambulance.
Fuel – Williams Grove Speedway offers racing fuel at all racing events, located in the infield supplied by Insinger Performance.
Gates – There are four entrance gates around the speedway, located in turn 1, behind front stretch grandstand, Beer Hill (Turn 3) and on the backstretch. General Admission gates open 2 hours prior to the advertised starting time for weekly events and 2.5 hours prior to World of Outlaw events. Pit gates may open earlier than General Admission.
Golf Carts – Golf carts are allowed in our campgrounds and parking lots, if they are registered and insured. No ATVs are permitted. Golf carts entering the speedway will only be permitted with registered teams. Golf carts must obey traffic signs located around the speedway.
Lost and Found – Guests may inquire about lost and found items at our speedway office during events or call during office hours 717.697.5000.
Media Credentials – Credentials for working media personnel may be requested for the season or single races. Written requests must come from the editor of the assignment at least one week prior to the event.

Merchandise - Our apparel provider Fast Tees, has three locations set up at the speedway during events. They are located behind the front stretch grandstand, the infield and on Beer Hill (Turn 3).
Parking – Parking is available around the front stretch side of the speedway, outside of turns 3&4 and behind the backstretch. Each parking lot has its own entrance. Overflow parking maybe be available across the street from the speedway for larger events. Parking is free for all events.
Pit Access – Williams Grove Speedway has two different pit areas. One on the inside of the speedway and the other on the backstretch. The front pit can be accessed from the infield of the speedway. The back pit can be accessed from the backstretch grandstands or from outside the speedway though the backstretch gate. Pit passes can be purchased for any racing event (No advance sales) from the turn 1 and backstretch ticket booths. Minors under 18 & under must complete, with a Parent or Legal Guardian, a Minors Assumption of Risk and Release and Waiver of Liability form before entering pits (this only needs to be filled out once for the season).
Re-Entry – Fans who have their hand stamped and carry their rain check will be permitted to exit and re-enter the facility.
Restrooms – There are three permanent restroom facilities around the speedway located behind the front stretch grandstand, the infield and on Beer Hill (Turn 3). Temporary facilities may also be available around the speedway during larger events.
Seat Cushions – Seat cushions are permitted to use in the grandstand seating. No oversized stadium seats (seats that prohibit the comfort of people around you) are permitted.
Seating – There are six permanent bleachers located around the speedway. The top 3-6 rows of the grandstands are for season reserved seat holders (seats marked in red). The next 1-6 rows are reserved for World of Outlaws events only (seats marked in yellow). All other seats are general admission. Seating is also available in grass area of the infield.
Smoking - Smoking (E-Cigs included) is not permitted in the grandstands or within 15 feet of any concession stand.

Suite Rental – Williams Grove Speedway has 12 suites built atop of the front stretch grandstands used to accommodate groups. Suites can be purchased for an entire season or per race. Suites are climate controlled and come equipped with cable television, a refrigerator and have built in speakers for listening to the Public Address System during the events. Tickets - Tickets for weekly events can be purchased on the day of the race at our 4 ticket booths located around the speedway. Reserved and General Admission tickets for World of Outlaws events can be purchased in advance by visiting our speedway office on non-race days or by phone during office hours by calling 717.697.5000. World of Outlaws tickets go on sale the Tuesday following the first race of the season.

Timing & Scoring – Williams Grove Speedway uses Race Monitor for live timing & scoring during racing events that can be accessed on any smartphone. A television is provided for viewing behind the front stretch grandstand.
Umbrellas - Umbrellas are permitted inside the speedway (But they won’t be needed!). For the safety and consideration of other guests, please do not open umbrellas in crowded areas.
Weather – Inclement weather can affect our racing program. For weather updates and cancellation information, we highly encourage fans to subscribe to www.rainedout.com or follow us on our social media outlets.
Will Call – Advanced World of Outlaws tickets purchased within 2 weeks of the event (U.S.) and 4 weeks (International) will be placed at our will call office. The will call office is located on the first floor of our speedway office on the turn 1 side of the facility. The will call office will open 1 hour before gates open on day of race. A photo ID will be required for ticket pick-up.
