Two Big Shows Coming To Williams Grove Speedway In June

USAC Silver Crown & Tri –Track Late Model Challenge On The Way

Mechanicsburg – A pair of big shows are on the horizon at Williams Grove Speedway, slated for Friday, June 7 and one week later on Friday, June 14.

June 7 will find Williams Grove playing host to the KRS Graphics Tri-Track Challenge Super Late Model Series, offering the super late models a lucrative purse including $3,000 going to the winner.

The 410 sprints are also on the program.

And the June 14 show will find the USAC Silver Crown Series big cars returning to the track for a twinbill with the 410 sprints.

The USAC Silver Crown Series will invade the track to compete in a whopping 100-lap main event paying some $8,000 to win.

Kody Swanson of Kingsburg, California, is the current USAC Silver Crown point leader after taking a pair of victories on the circuit this season.

Other winners to date this season have been Tyler Courtney, Indianapolis, Indiana; and Kyle Hamilton, Danville, Indiana.

The June 7 Tri-Track Late Model Challenge Series show will find the super lates going 30-laps for the $3,000 top prize.

The Williams Grove show will be the third of four in the 2019 series with other dates taking place at Bedford Speedway on May 31, Port Royal on June 1 and at Selinsgrove Speedway on June 8.

The Williams Grove late model program will be the final super late show at the track before the World of Outlaws Late Models Series invades the oval on August 16.

Racing begins at 7:30 for both big June show at Williams Grove Speedway.
