With
lightening slicing through the skies, Chad Trout stormed to the victory in the
Williams Grove Speedway Bill Heckert Memorial Super Sportsman 25-lap
championship. Trout had a thrilling
battle with Frankie Herr on the way to his second Blazer’s Body Shop Super
Sportsman tour triumph.
Kenny Edkin,
from his second starting position, was the immediate leader.
Chad Trout started fourth and was second by the completion of the opening
lap. The battle for the lead became
a three-car fight between Edkin, Trout and Scott Geesey,

shuffling of positions behind the leader.
Travis Mease advanced into second with Dan Zechman, Roy Miller, Sam Rial
and Scott Richwine in a battle for third.
Nailor had a 20-length advantage when the caution came out on lap 15 for
a tangle between Miller and Richwine.

made a big move on the restart, the veteran driver charging into second.
Nailor, from Shermansdale, led the remaining laps to win his first
feature by ten lengths over Sagi.
