Williams Grove Speedway’s three-division Saturday Night Series will be in action this weekend.  The Blazer’s Body Shop Super Sportsman, Credit Connection Car Sales 358 Late Models, and the Aquafun Pools Street Stocks will entertain the fans.

The Saturday Night Series continues to be a family-oriented form of entertainment.  Young fans of the Saturday night show receive free candy during intermission.

Williams Grove Speedway is adding a new program to the Saturday Night Series.  The new Youth Announcer will each week provide one young fan the opportunity to become a race announcer.  The fan will announce one qualifying event with Dave Hare, the outstanding announcer of the Saturday Night Series.

Last week 77 cars were in the Williams Grove Speedway pits.  Bobby Hockenberry won the Super Sportsman feature and Randy Croop was victorious in the 358 Late Models.  The Street Stocks had two 15-lap main events. Jeff Haag won the first race by a margin of six inches.  Greg Diehl was the winner of the second event, taking his second win of 2014.

Practice begins at 6 PM and racing commences at 6:30 PM. Adult admission is five dollars and children 12 and under free.
