Williams Grove Speedway is a CASH ONLY facility. ATM is available in front of the speedway office. Some vendors do accept credit cards.

Parking is free for ticket holders and located in the backstretch (turns 2 & 3) and the front stretch (turns 1 & 4). Accessible parking is available in the front stretch and limited parking on Beer Hill (turn 3) parking lots. Accessible seating with buddy seats is available on the front stretch. Williams Grove Speedway has two pit areas. The front pit can be accessed from the infield of the speedway by entering through the turn 1 tunnel or the backstretch bridge. The back pit can be accessed from the backstretch grandstands or from outside the speedway through the backstretch gate. Pit passes and upgrades can be purchased for any racing event (no advance sales) from the front and backstretch pit shacks.

• All spectators must sign RELEASE and WAIVER of LIABILITY, ASSUMPTION of RISK and INDEMNITY AGREEMENT form when purchasing a pit band.

• 17 & under must complete a MINOR'S ASSUMPTION of RISK and RELEASE and WAIVER of LIABILITY form before entering the pit. This only needs to be filled out once for the season but must be signed at pit shack with parent or guardian present.

• 14 & 15-year-olds must be accompanied by an adult while in the pits.

• Owners/Drivers participating in a race event's children are exempt from age restrictions. Below is information for Owner/Driver children:

• 13-year-old: pay pit price and get a pit band (unless on guest list)
• 12 & under: get a guest band and sign appropriate minor sheets

Fans are permitted to bring coolers, bags, purses, and backpacks inside the speedway. Coolers cannot be larger than 18 inches. Bags & coolers are subject to inspection. Fans 21 & older may possess and consume alcohol inside speedway gates. No glass containers. Alcohol is not sold at the speedway. No VIPS (Very Intoxicated Persons) (No refunds)

Cameras & personal recording devices are welcome at the speedway. Tripods and other support equipment are not permitted. Selling photos and live streaming of Williams Grove events is PROHIBITED without written permission from the speedway. No drones.

General admission tickets are sold behind the front stretch grandstand, Beer Hill (turn 3), and frontstretch pit shack. General admission gates open two hours prior to the advertised starting time for weekly events. (WoO 2 1/2 hours)

Pit bands are sold at the frontstretch pit shack (Turn 1) and backstretch pit shack. All pit entrants must sign a waiver (under 18, fill out minor form above). Pits may be open to drivers and haulers earlier if needed.

There are three food concession locations inside the speedway, located under the front stretch grandstands, the infield and on Beer Hill (turn 3).
Some vendors accept credit cards.

There are six permanent bleachers located around the speedway. The top rows of the grandstands are the season reserved seat holders (seats marked in red)
The next rows are reserved for World of Outlaws events only (seats marked in yellow). All other seats are general admission. Seat cushions (No oversized stadium seats) are permitted for use in the grandstands. Seating is also available in the grass area of the infield; lawn chairs are permitted.

Fans who have their hand stamped and who carry their rain check ticket, or have a pit band, will be permitted to exit, and re-enter the facility at will.

NO firearms, explosives, or weapons on speedway grounds.
NO fireworks on speedway grounds, other than those we provide for entertainment.
First aid is provided by local EMS, located at the infield ambulance.
Smoking (E-Cigs included) is not permitted in the grandstands or within 15 feet of any concession stand.
No pets are allowed inside facility.
Lost and found items are located in the speedway office.

Rainchecks are void after 50% of the event is completed. Features may be moved to another date.
