GENERAL INFO
Williams Grove Speedway is a CASH ONLY facility. ATM is available in front of the speedway office.
Some vendors do accept credit cards.
PARKING
Parking is free and located in the backstretch (turns 2 & 3) and the front stretch (turns 1 & 4)
Accessible parking is available in the front stretch and limited parking on Beer Hill (turn 3) parking lots. Accessible seating with buddy seats is available on the front stretch. For more information, please call 717-697-5000.
PIT ACCESS
Williams Grove Speedway has two different pit areas. One on the inside of the speedway and the other on the backstretch. The front pit can be accessed from the infield of the speedway. The back pit can be accessed from the backstretch grandstands or from outside the speedway through the backstretch gate. Pit passes can be purchased for any racing event (no advance sales) from the turn 1 and backstretch ticket booths.
PIT ACCESS RESTRICTIONS (Read All)
- All spectators must sign RELEASE and WAIVER of LIABILITY, ASSUMPTION of RISK and INDEMNITY AGREEMENT form when purchasing a pit band.
- 17 & under must complete a MINOR'S ASSUMPTION of RISK and RELEASE and WAIVER of LIABILITY form before entering pit. This only needs to be filled out once for the season but must be signed at pit shack with parent or guardian present.
- 14 & 15-year-olds must be accompanied by an adult while in the pits.
- Owner/Drivers participating in a race event's children are exempt from age restrictions.
- 13-year-old: pay pit price and get a pit band (unless on guest list)
- 12 & under: get a guest band and sign appropriate minor sheets
COOLERS & ALCOHOL
Fans are permitted to bring coolers, bags, purses, and backpacks inside the speedway. Coolers cannot be larger than 18 inches. Bags & coolers are subject to inspection.
Fans 21 & older may possess and consume alcohol inside speedway gates. No glass containers. Alcohol is not sold at the speedway. Very intoxicated customers will be asked to leave. (No refunds)
CAMERA & VIDEO EQIUPMENT
Cameras & personal recording devices are welcome at the speedway. Tripods and other support equipment are not permitted. Selling photos and live streaming of Williams Grove events is PROHIBITED without written permission from the speedway. No drones.
GATES - CASH ONLY
There are two general admissions gates around the speedway, located behind the front stretch grandstand (turn 1 & 4), and Beer Hill (turn 3). General admission gates open two hours prior to the advertised starting time for weekly events. (WoO 2 1/2 hours)
Pit gate, located at turn 1 sell general admission and pit bands. Pit shack located at the back stretch only sells pit bands. 4PM to the general public. All pit entries must sign a waiver (under 18, go to Minor Information)
Pits may be open to drivers and haulers earlier if needed.
FOOD CONCESSIONS - CASH ONLY
There are three food concession locations inside the speedway, located behind the front stretch grandstands, the infield and on Beer Hill (turn 3).
Some vendors accept credit cards.
SEATING
There are six permanent bleachers located around the speedway. The top rows of the grandstands are the season reserved seat holders (seats marked in red)
The next rows are reserved for World of Outlaws events only (seats marked in yellow). All other seats are general admission. Seat cushions are permitted to use in the grandstands. No oversized stadium seats. Seating is also available in the grass area of the infield. Lawn chairs are welcome in the infield.
RE-ENTRY
Fans who have their hand stamped and who carry their rain check ticket, or have a pit band, will be permitted to exit, and re-enter the facility.
MISCELLANOUS
NO firearms, explosives, or weapons on speedway grounds.
NO fireworks on speedway grounds, other than those we provide for entertainment.
First aid is provided by local EMS, located at the infield ambulance.
Smoking (E-Cigs included) is not permitted in the grandstands or within 15 feet of any concession stand.
No pets are allowed inside facility.
Lost and found items are in the speedway office.

Corporate sponsorships are available in many different forms at the speedway, ranging from division and event sponsorships to billboards and promotional giveaways. Please call 717-697-5000 for more information.
SKY SUITE RENTALS
Williams Grove Speedway has 12 suites built atop of the front stretch grandstands, used to accommodate groups. Sky suites can be purchased for an entire season, or per race, and can accommodate up to eight people. Please call the office for more information about suite rentals and availability.
WEATHER
Inclement weather can affect our racing program. For weather updates and cancellation information, we highly encourage fans to subscribe to www.rainedout.com, or follow us on our social media outlets. If 50% of the event is completed, it is considered a completed event. Features may be moved to another date.
